Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipality, which produces deep-rooted and permanent solutions to the transportation problem in Şanlıurfa, has started the asphalt work on the second bridge whose construction was completed at the Abide junction, which will relieve the urban traffic.
Abide Junction, which connects Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Boulevard, İpekyol Boulevard, Necmettin Cevheri Boulevard, Atatürk Boulevard and 18 Mart Çanakkale Street, and which is the lifeblood of Şanlıurfa city traffic, will give the city center a sigh of relief.
The second bridge was completed after the additional bridge at Abide Junction, which will significantly relieve the traffic flow in the city, was opened to vehicle traffic in a controlled manner. With the completion of the side bridge connecting İpekyol Boulevard to Diyarbakır road, asphalt work was started.
The teams, which completed the infrastructure work on the side roads of the bridge connecting İpekyol Boulevard to Diyarbakır Highway, laid asphalt. With the completion of the works, Abide Junction İpekyol Viaduct will be opened to vehicle traffic.
