Anti-Discrimination Cinema Days in Izmir

Izmir Metropolitan Municipality organizes Anti-Discrimination Cinema Days at Yaşar University Pocket Cinema on November 21 and 23 in order to fight against all kinds of discrimination in the city and to spread the culture of living together to all segments of the society.

The Cinema Days Against Discrimination, organized with the support of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Social Projects Department, the Urban Justice and Equality Branch, the Women's Studies Branch, and Yaşar University, with the support of the Izmir Cinema Office and the Flying Broom Foundation, are starting. On the 21st and 23rd of November, the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Women of Our Neighborhood Makes Cinema project, Yaşar University graduation films and selected films from the Flying Broom Foundation archive will be screened free of charge at Yaşar University Pocket Cinema. Within the scope of the event, a series of interviews will be held with the director, academician and actor participants, accompanied by film screenings.
