Department of Real Estate and Expropriation will go out to tender between 1-2 November 17 for the sale of a total of 1 residences and 22 shop located in the İlkbahar Mahallesi Güneypark 23 and Güneypark 2022 Site of Çankaya District.
Continuing its works with the understanding of transparent municipality, Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues to sell its immovables in order to generate income.
The Department of Real Estate and Expropriation will go out to tender for the sale of a total of 1 residences and 2 shop located in Çankaya District İlkbahar Mahallesi Güneypark 17 and Güneypark 1 Site between 22-23 November 2022.
TOTAL 18 REAL ESTATE ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE
The information and documents required for the tender, in which 17 houses and 1 shop will be put up for sale, are as follows;
– Identity and Authorization Documents,
- Certificate of residence,
– Guarantee Receipt or Bank Guarantee Letter,
– Ground Vision Certificate,
– Specification Receipt,
– Offer Letter,
– Immovable Property Sales Specification,
– Document Not Prohibited from Tenders.
