Metro fares are expected to be cheaper with the Mir card in Moscow. According to the news of Moskvichmag.ru, if the Mir card is connected to the Face Pay payment system, the price of a one-time metro trip will decrease from 46 rubles to 36 rubles.
For this, Mir cardholders need to register on privetmir.ru and download the "Metro Moskvi" application.
With the Troika card used in public transport in Moscow, the metro fare in 2018 was 36 rubles.
Metro passengers have used the Face Pay application, which became operational in 2021, approximately 35 million times to date.
