The time saving was 54 minutes per month in the evening hours in the Kozyatağı - Bakırköy direction, while the average was 32 minutes in the morning in the Bakırköy-Kozyatağı direction.

TRAFFIC INCREASED OVER PERCENT PERCENT DURING SALE HOURS

Thus, a controlled and fluent traffic application is carried out in which traffic safety can be ensured at the maximum level in the tunnel. With this application, while the tunnel is used at its optimum capacity, it is aimed to reduce the traffic density on the approach roads and to increase the driving safety in the tunnel. Eurasia Tunnel is monitored 400/7 with more than 24 cameras and automatic event detection system, and emergency situations such as malfunctions and accidents are immediately intervened by expert teams. While the response time was 3 minutes on average when the business was first opened, the first response time was further shortened to an average of 1 minute and 41 seconds.”
