Izmir Metropolitan Municipality has created an application point at the Book Cafe opened in the garden of Ahmet Piriştina City Archive and Museum in order to facilitate the discounted use of İZELMAN car parks for disabled citizens.
İZELMAN, the company of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality that operates the car parks, has taken a new decision that will provide convenience for the disabled people in terms of accessibility and proximity to the city center. Citizens with disabilities can now take advantage of the discounted parking tariff, in addition to the İZELMAN General Directorate's headquarters in Kahramanlar, as well as the first registration and then the annual registration update process, on weekdays between 08.00-12.00 and 13.00-18.00, Ahmet Pristina City Archive and Museum (APIKAM). ) will be able to do it from the Book Cafe in the garden.
Citizens with a disabled vehicle inscription on their vehicle license or Disabled Parking Card holders obtained from the Traffic Supervision Branch Office can benefit from the discounted tariff applied in İzmir Metropolitan Municipality İZELMAN parking lots. Citizens who want to benefit from this discount must apply to the new application point by submitting a petition together with a photocopy of the vehicle license registered in their name, if any, handicapped parking card and photocopy of identity card. For those who want to benefit from the disability discount but cannot come to the application point due to their disability, "Power of Attorney, copy of the identity card of the power of attorney and the license holder", if the license holder is under the age of 18, a guardian must be appointed, the guardian's certificate of the legal guardian, the photocopy of the identity of the guardian and the license holder.
