Kurt said, “While we realized our project, we were inspired by the important cultural centers of Anatolia” and shared the following information: “It is an area of ​​3.800 square meters. About a month ago, we bought it from our municipality through a tender. Based on the '1 doors 4 maqam' doctrine, we designed our project with four large doors opening to the courtyard. Representing forty modes, we wanted to reflect the cultural values ​​of this place to our project by turning all four sides with arches of different sizes, in order to show our future understanding of urbanism and our point of view. KİPTAŞ carries out environment-oriented projects in all its projects in the new period. Here, we have implemented a completely environmentally friendly project by using the water recovery system and solar energy panels. In our project, we will do the environmental sheathing with natural stones coming from the region. We designed the courtyard part to allow for events, public meals and some collective events. It has a capacity of 40 people. We made a completely modular project and designed it as a project that will live 300/7. Our aim; We wanted to create awareness by combining this cultural value with modern architecture and to be an exemplary role model in Anatolia. The project will be ground floor, plus 24 floors. We don't use 4 percent of the density. We did not enter here for commercial reasons. We wanted to implement an exemplary architectural and environmentalist project by making a construction area less than the existing construction area.”
