All parties from the production to the design, from the simulation to the supply of the composite, which is increasingly being used in many sectors such as wind energy, automotive and medical, met in Istanbul.
Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank visited the Turkish Composite 2022 Fair and examined the products of the companies participating in the fair. Expressing that he is very happy to see the progress in the composites industry, Minister Varank said, "Turkey is increasing its capabilities in this field day by day." said.
ALL PARTIES OF THE INDUSTRY
Turkish Composite 2022 started at Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The fair includes events covering the entire industry, especially the production, processing and application methods specific to the composite industry. Raw material suppliers, composite semi and intermediate product manufacturers, composite final product manufacturers, companies offering processing technologies are participating in the fair.

Machine manufacturers, equipment suppliers, consumables manufacturers, companies offering design services and simulation services exhibit their products at the fair, which will last until October 8, with more than 100 businesses.

Minister Varank made observations at the Turkish Composite Fair, which was held for the fifth time this year by the Composite Manufacturers Association. BOTH RAW MATERIAL AND FINISHED PRODUCT
We were at the Wind Energy Fair in Germany recently. A significant part of the materials used in wind energy is made of composite. Our companies here can produce in many different fields, from the defense industry to wind energy. We have companies that produce the finished products while producing the raw materials and the sub-industry of these in terms of composites. Composites fair is a fair where we can see these capabilities.

As the Ministry of Industry and Technology, we are very happy to see that we have progressed in this field and that investments in this field continue. The Turkish Composites Fair is shown as one of the 5 most important fairs in Europe as well as being the only one in Turkey. Raw materials of companies such as resin, fiber, technical textile, thermoset and thermoplastic are exhibited at the fair. Semi and intermediate products, final products, processing technologies, machinery and equipment and consumables are also exhibited at the fair. At the fair, where technical and commercial seminars will be held, product exhibitions, live demos and product demonstrations are held.
