Based on the additional article 375 of the Decree-Law No. 6, to be employed in the Central Organization of the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the “Principles and Regulations on the Employment of Contracted IT Personnel in the Large-Scale Information Processing Units of Public Institutions and Organizations” published in the Official Gazette dated 31.12.2008 and numbered 27097. In accordance with the second paragraph of Article 8 of the Regulation on Procedures, 12 (Twelve) contracted IT personnel will be recruited.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
a) To carry the general conditions stated in the article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
b) To graduate from the four-year computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, electrical-electronic engineering and industrial engineering departments of the faculties or higher education institutions whose equivalence has been accepted by the Higher Education Council,
c) Other than those specified in sub-paragraph (b), from the engineering departments of faculties that provide four-year education, departments of science-literature, education and educational sciences, departments that provide education on computers and technology, and statistics, mathematics and physics departments, or from a dormitory whose equivalence has been accepted by the Higher Education Council. Graduates of higher education institutions other than those mentioned in this section can apply for 2 times the monthly gross contract wage ceiling.
ç) At least 3 (three) years for software, software design and development, management of this process or installation and management of large-scale network systems, at least 5 (three) years for those who will not exceed twice the wage ceiling, at least 4 (five) years for those who will not exceed three times the wage ceiling. To have at least 8 (eight) years of professional experience for those who will not exceed 657 (four) times, (In determining the professional experience; as an IT personnel, permanent staff subject to Law No. 4 or subject to Sub-paragraph (B) of Article 399 of the same Law and Decree-Law No. XNUMX. Service periods documented as IT personnel in worker status by paying premiums to social security institutions in contracted services and in the private sector are taken into account),
d) To document that they know at least two of the current programming languages provided that they have knowledge about the hardware of the computer peripherals and the established network management and security,
e) If the active duty for male candidates has not reached the age of military service or has reached the age of military service, to have served the active military service or is exempted or postponed or transferred to the reserve class.
