İzmit Kuruçeşme Roads are Renovated

Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality continues its superstructure renovation works on Izmit Kuruçeşme Muammer Aksoy, Barış and Cumhuriyet Mahallesi Karayolu Street, 102nd Street.

MUAMMER AKSOY AND PEACE STREETS

PMt series started on Muammer Aksoy Street. In the parts of Muammer Aksoy and Barış streets, where infrastructure works have been completed by ISU, asphalting is carried out by starting the superstructure production. The foundation of the road has a length of 950 meters together with Muammer Aksoy Street and Barış Caddesi, which were asphalted after the plant mix foundation laying. Both streets will be paved by removing the old parquet road.

HIGHWAY STREET PASSED

1.300 tons of wear and 1.450 tons of binder asphalt paving was done on Karayolu Street in Izmit Cumhuriyet Mahallesi. The works have been completed on the Highway Street, where the parquet sidewalks have been renewed. The rainwater infrastructure was renewed in the parts deemed necessary on the 800-meter-long Karayolu Sokak. The old and deteriorated parquets were removed and asphalt was laid instead.

DISASSEMBLED FLOORING IS EVALUATED

In Izmit Kuruçeşme Neighborhood, the old parquets of 102nd Street, Muammer Aksoy and Barış streets were also removed and asphalt paving and pavement renewal works were started. The dismantled parquets are moved to the Solaklar Construction Site of the Metropolitan Municipality and are used by the Road Maintenance Team in the parquet repair works carried out at various times throughout Kocaeli.

102nd STREET TO BE EXPANDED

Junction arrangement and road widening works will be carried out on 102nd Street, which is the connection road that provides access to Akpınar-TOKİ Residences. The 14nd Street, which will be expanded to 102 meters wide, will be widened by asphalting.
