For this reason, cooperatives should increase their members as much as possible and cooperatives should unite and become cooperatives union. We have taken important steps in this regard. Now, we want to ensure that the quality agricultural products produced in our city are supplied by different cooperatives from each other in cooperation and in this way, the profit of the domestic producer increases. We must ensure this unity in order to ensure that the products we produce in the countryside are consumed on the coast.”

“We support cooperatives, agricultural and animal production in every aspect”

Emphasizing that they attach great importance to the high number of female members in the cooperatives and the participation of women in production, Chairman Gurun said that the work will definitely go well where a woman's hand touches it. Expressing that they support cooperatives, agricultural and animal production in all matters, Chairman Gürün said; “Previously, when the main sector of Muğla was mentioned, tourism would come to mind. However, 55 percent of our population lives in agriculture. For this reason, we must ensure that our citizens return to the land in order to increase agricultural production, which is gradually decreasing. For this, we need to ensure that he earns from there. Those who have migrated to the city in the coming years will be able to return from the city to the village again, and when they claim their land, they will earn more and be happier. We will produce with modern methods. With our efforts, we will increase our income per acre or per animal to a high level. We will try to cultivate new areas related to agriculture and increase the number of animals related to animal husbandry.”
