The enrollment rate in secondary education was around 90% a year ago. In the last year, we have focused on reducing absenteeism and dropout rates, especially in secondary education. In this context, we have actively implemented many projects. We especially focused on vocational training centers. All these efforts bore fruit in a short time and the schooling rate in secondary education rose from 90% to 95,06% in a short period of one year.”

Schooling Rate of Girls in Secondary Education increased from 39,2% to 94,66%

Stating that the schooling rate has now risen to over 20% in all education levels in the last 94 years, Minister Özer underlined that girls benefit most from these improvements and said, “While in the 2000s, girls' schooling rate in secondary education was 39,2%, today this rate has increased to 95%. rose. Therefore, in the last 20 years, great strides have been made in solving the schooling problem of girls at all levels of education in our country.” used his statements.
