Due to the pandemic process and increasing input costs, there was a decrease in housing production; Rising prices in real estate also led to a decline in housing demand.

Noting that Turkey has an increasing need for housing every year, Real Estate Service Partnership (GHO) Founder Hasan Can Çalgır said that both investors and construction companies expect low-interest loans.

Stating that the prices of materials such as iron, cement and glass have increased due to the increase in foreign exchange rates and that the land prices have increased 2-3 times in the last year, Çalgır noted that despite all this, real estate is still the most reliable investment tool.

Stating that as GHO, they have developed the Turkish model consultancy system in the real estate sector, Hasan Can Çalgır said that they have reached a total of 26 branches throughout the country, with the offices they put into service in Davutlar, Datça and finally Aydın Efeler.

Stating that the upward trend in housing prices will continue in 2023, Hasan Can Çalgır said, “Construction input costs continue to rise. Prices will continue to rise as housing production is still not at the expected level. In the last 2 years, foreign exchange, gold and cryptocurrencies have made their investors lose. Real estate continues to be the address of stable investment. Investors with money continue to turn to real estate. As GHO, we also attach importance to abroad. It is now possible to buy a villa in Miami with half the budget you would allocate for a villa in cities such as İzmir, Eskişehir, Denizli and Antalya.”
