At FNSS facilities, a protocol was signed with Gölbaşı Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, which was selected as a pilot school, for the Vocational High Schools Safe Development Program to be held throughout the 2022-2023 academic year. The program, which started with the signing ceremony held with Gölbaşı District Governor Erol RÜSTEMOĞLU, Gölbaşı District National Education Director Serap YILMAZ and Gölbaşı Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Director Ümmet KAYA, aimed to contribute to a healthy society and to seize education-development opportunities by serving the social dimension of the concept of sustainability.
100 students from Gölbaşı Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School will attend the program, which will primarily focus on electrical and electronic technology, metal technology, and machine and design technology. Students will be presented with a versatile program that will provide information not only on occupational health and safety, but also on employee rights and responsibilities, ethical values, teamwork, environmental awareness, CV preparation and interview techniques, which will be provided by our experts.
With this program, the preparation of students for working life, the strengthening of school-industry ties and the development of need-oriented collaborations; By emphasizing the importance of vocational high schools, it is aimed to provide benefits such as seeing career opportunities and increasing their preferability.
In line with the future dissemination of this practice, which will be carried out with the contribution and support of all stakeholders, FNSS aims to reach more students with its responsibility. FNSS does not stay within the boundaries of the security culture, it attaches importance to spreading this culture to the society and transferring it to future generations, and continues to add and create value with its sustainable projects.
