AK Party Deputy Chairman Binali Yıldırım and AK Party Deputy Şamil Ayrım had a traffic accident in Azerbaijan.

Accompanying President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's visit to Azerbaijan, the vehicle of AK Party Deputy Chairman Binali Yıldırım and AK Party Deputy Şamil Ayrım crashed on the way to Zangilan Airport.

It was stated that Binali Yıldırım and Şamil Ayrım, who were stated to be in good health, were taken to a hospital in Baku by helicopter for control purposes. It was reported that the driver of the vehicle was in good health.

AK Party Deputy Chairman Ömer Çelik and Efkan Ala also stayed in Baku to accompany Yıldırım and Ayrım.

Making a statement on his Twitter account, Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said that he met with Binali Yıldırım.

Koca said, “Mr. With the protection of Binali Yıldırım, the vehicle of our MP friend Şamil Ayrım was involved in an accident. I talked to him. I learned that all three of them are in good health, and they survived the accident lightly. Again, I offer my best wishes.”

In the statement made by the Presidency's Directorate of Communications, it was stated that the vehicle that accompanied President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on his visit to Azerbaijan, Yıldırım and Ayrım, crashed on the road to Zangilan Airport.

In the statement, it is stated that Yıldırım and Ayrım, who are in good health, were taken to a hospital in Baku by helicopter, accompanied by medical teams, for control purposes. The general health of the driver was also noted to be good.

Making a statement on his social media account after the accident, Yıldırım said, “We had a traffic accident during our trip to Azerbaijan. Thank God we are in good condition. We are under control at the hospital as a precaution. I would like to thank everyone who prayed and sent their well wishes.”
