Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç published a message on the occasion of September 27 World Tourism Day. In his message, Büyükkılıç stated that Kayseri is a tourism paradise in the position of an open-air museum with its natural beauties, cultural and historical heritage, and that they will introduce this richness to the whole world.

Continuing his efforts to carry Kayseri, which has a unique richness with its 6 thousand years of history and 7,5 million years of natural history, to the top of tourism with the tourism attack he started, Metropolitan Mayor Dr. In his message, Memduh Büyükkılıç noted that the ancient city of Kayseri will become a brand city in tourism with its great potential.

Mayor Büyükkılıç stated that Kayseri is a city of riches with its historical, cultural and natural beauties, and said, “Our ancient city has a structure that impresses with its natural beauties as well as being home to many civilizations. With its natural beauties, cultural and historical heritage, Kayseri is a tourism paradise in the position of an open-air museum. As the Metropolitan Municipality, we will introduce this richness to the whole world.”

Stating that they made important initiatives with the tourism attack and they tried to implement new projects, Büyükkılıç said, "Our city, in addition to its natural beauties such as Kültepe Kaniş-Karum, Soğanlı, Erdemli and Koramaz Valleys, Erciyes, Kapuzbaşı Waterfalls, Sultan Marshes, Roman, Byzantine, Seljuk, It has a unique heritage with its Ottoman and Republican period works.
