MATTERS TO KNOW
1- All announcements regarding the labor force demand (conditions sought, document delivery date/place, oral exam date/place, oral exam result) will be published in the announcements section of the TCDD website (tcdd.gov.tr).
2- Our labor force request will be published in İŞKUR between 12.09.2022 and 16.09.2022.
3- Candidates who will apply for our labor force demand to be published in İŞKUR must be secondary school graduates.
Candidates must have worked for at least 9312.01 months as a railway line maintenance repairman (professional code: 6) in rail systems where freight and passenger transportation are carried out together as of the date of announcement.
4- As of the announcement date, the candidates must not have attained the age of 36.
5- Candidates for ex-convicts who apply will submit the documents specified in the documents requested below to the Human Resources Department of the General Directorate of TCDD Enterprise on 22.09.2022.
A report will be drawn up about candidates who apply with missing documents or who do not meet the conditions specified in the announcement, and İŞKUR will be notified that their application has not been accepted.
6- If the demand for labor force is more than four times among the former convict candidates who applied, they will participate in the oral exam, Human Resources Department of the General Directorate of TCDD Enterprise, Hacı Bayram Mahallesi Mah. Hippodrome Cad.
It will be determined by drawing lots on 3 in the presence of a notary at No:27.09.2022 Altındağ/ANKARA.

8- By the members of the Examination Board in the oral exam of the ex-convict candidates; Self-confidence is 10 points, written communication is 10 points, verbal communication is 10 points and observation-stress-problem solving abilities are 20 points out of 50 points in the skill area,
Vocational term will be evaluated over a total of 1 points, including 10 question out of 1 points, 10 question out of 2 points in professional construction materials, and 15 questions out of 50 points in the professional field, 100 points in the professional field.
As a result of the evaluation, the success score and ranking will be determined by taking the average score given by the members of the examination board.
Starting from the candidate with the highest success score, the number of original and the same number of substitute candidates will be determined as the number of workers requested.
9- It will be beneficial for the applicants to see the workplace they will work before applying.
10- Only male candidates will be able to apply for the labor demand announced by the General Directorate of TCDD Enterprise as the workplaces are within the scope of dangerous and very dangerous workplaces and due to the nature of the job.
11- Railway line maintenance and repair workers to be employed will be subject to the Labor Law No. 4857.
12- The trial period of railway line maintenance and repairers who start work is 4 months, and the employment contract of those who fail within the trial period will be terminated.
13- The railway line maintenance repairer who started to work will work for at least 5 years and will not be able to request a transfer during this period.
14- Railway line maintenance and repair workers who start work will be able to work day and night on a 24-hour basis.
15- Those who started to work as a railway line maintenance repairman and whose employment contract was terminated within 7 years in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 4857 of the Labor Law No. 25 and those who left by resignation; their education, course, internship, etc. ½ of the amount will be taken back as compensation by calculating the cost of the training program with the fee they receive during the training programs.
