Orge Started Additional Contract Negotiations Regarding Gebze Darıca Metro Project

Orge Enerji Elektrik Taahhüt A.Ş started negotiations for additional contracts regarding the Gebze - Darıca metro project.

The following statement was made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP):

”The offer of our company for the construction of the Gebze – Darıca metro project, which is under construction in Kocaeli, and the electrification works of OG&CER rooms, amounting to 1.060.000 Euro + VAT and 9.350.000 TL + VAT, was accepted and the tender was concluded in favor of our company, employer Eze İnşaat A. It has been reported to our company by .Ş. Contract negotiations with the employer have started. The work is planned to be completed in 400 days. In our statement dated 04.08.2022, it was announced to the public that contract negotiations were started with the employer Eze İnşaat A.Ş. regarding the offer of our company for the construction of the electrification works of double tunnels between the warehouse and the station of the same project, amounting to 1.625.000 Euro + VAT and 14.600.000 TL + VAT. . Thus, the total size of the project awarded to us has reached 2.685.000 Euro + VAT and 23.950.000 TL + VAT. Necessary explanations will be shared with our investors and the public after both contract negotiations are completed positively or negatively.”
