DHMI's E-Direct Supply Project is in the Semi-Finals in Europe

The E-Direct Supply project, implemented by DHMI, made it to the semi-finals of the European Innovative Procurement Awards organized annually by the European Commission.

The E-Direct Supply project, which was implemented as a pilot in the central organization of the DHMI General Directorate on February 1, 2021 and at all airports as of May 3, 2021, was submitted to the evaluation of the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) on June 22, 2022.

TARGET EUROPEAN PRIMARY

The names of the 13 finalists will be announced after the English presentations to be made online to expert jury members on 2022 October 2. The winning and runner-up projects will be announced during the European Innovation Council (Europeon Innovation Council) Summit, at the award ceremony to be held in Brussels on 8 December 2022.

IMPLEMENTATION STARTED FEBRUARY 1, 2021

Since February 1, 2021, all of DHMI's direct procurement processes are carried out online in a safe, fast and practical way by entering the E-Direct Procurement Advertisements section of the institution's website.

With the project, the procurements to be made within the scope of clause (d) of the 4734nd article of the Public Procurement Law No. 22 are transferred to the electronic environment, and the public resources are used effectively, efficiently and economically, and the procurement processes are completed in a transparent and fast manner.

DHMI stands out as a pioneering institution that took the first step in this regard and was extremely successful in practice with the software it developed with its own means.
