Buca Anatolian Tastes Festival, organized by Buca Municipality to reflect the culinary richness of Anatolia and will continue with rich events for three days, started with the Resul Dindar concert and the 35-meter kebab show by Kaburgacı Yaşar. Speaking at the magnificent opening, Buca Mayor Erhan Kılıç said, "Our only goal is to offer you a livable Buca."

Anatolian Tastes Festival, where participants will experience taste, music, art and entertainment together, awaits its visitors. The festival, covering 16-17-18 September, started with great enthusiasm. Safanur Bol, the well-known and loved chef for the Masterchef competition program, held a workshop at the festival, where 400 different flavors were presented to the visitors from all over Anatolia.

BLACK SEA JOY WITH RESUL DINDAR

The festival, which was held in a wide area across Uğur Mumcu Street, opposite the old District Governor's Office, started with the concerts of Hüseyin Çiçek and Hozan Beşir, and the performances of folk dance teams added great color to the festival. In the festival, where dozens of different flavors were presented to the participants in a total of 100 stands, the entertainment reached its peak with the concert of Resul Dindar, the leading name of Black Sea music. In the concert where the 'İzmir Anthem' was sung in unison, hundreds of people honked together.

EXPECTED SHOW

Before the concert, the 35-meter kebab show performed by the master of Adana, Kaburgacı Yaşar, was the scene of colorful moments. In the event, in which the citizens showed great interest, when the President said, "If our President wishes, we can make kebabs from here to Adana", President Kılıç's response, "You are making a way to Adana from here, but we are working hard, we are building a bridge from heart to heart" received great applause from the citizens.

Buca Mayor Erhan Kılıç, who shared his excitement on the first day of the festival with the people of Buca, expressed that they are happy to host the biggest food and drink festival in the city. Pointing out that Anatolian flavors stem from the culture and tolerance of living together, Kılıç told the people of Buca about the projects they have realized so far. Mayor Kılıç, who shared with the citizens many details from reducing the traffic of Buca to the asphalt production facility, from rural development projects to financial discipline, and science, said, “There is a beautiful Buca that suits you. Our only goal is to offer you a more livable Buca.”
