Referring to the importance of the center for the city and the region, Çiftçi said:

“The center, which will be the gateway to employment for 5 thousand people when finished, will also make our city an important logistics center in the international arena. The construction of the Logistics Center continues rapidly. Hopefully, some of them will be operational in the first half of 2023.”

With the establishment of the Logistics Center, it is aimed to contribute greatly to the employment of Diyarbakır, which is located at the intersection of the most important trade routes of the region.

The center, which will contribute to the region as well as the city, will be an important locomotive for Diyarbakır to become an agriculture and foreign trade city by producing high added value.

One of the vision projects of Diyarbakır, the Logistics Center will provide various services together, from the transportation of imported and exported products and raw materials to the storage of all kinds of materials to be directed to the domestic market.
