In the statement regarding the tenders regarding the easement right and usage permit to be established for the purpose of unlicensed electricity generation on the Treasury immovables, “According to the State Tender Law No. 2886, it will be determined by an auction over one percent of the current value of the immovable.” phrase was included.
“After the approval of their tender, investors will be given a one-year pre-authorization without actual use”
