Wherever there is a useful service to our country, it is our duty to support and promote it. We are doing that right now. We continue to work on the familiar municipality with an understanding that reveals, evaluates and promotes the richness of our city. We are also working on peanut breeding. We bought seeds and distributed them to farmers. In addition, we are currently localizing a new peanut seed together with our institute. These are not the usual jobs that municipalities do. As Adana Metropolitan Municipality, we carry out successful studies and collaborations related to these works. Adana is our city located in the center of one of the 3 most important plains of the world. We are in a very suitable place for agriculture. We support our producer by distributing seedlings of various crops. In this regard, we especially support our women by establishing cooperatives. It is very important for us that our women become economically stronger and that they exist in all areas of life.”
