To be employed within the Presidency of the Court of Cassation, in accordance with the Amended Article 657 (B) of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, the Appendix 06.06.1978 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 7 and numbered 15754/2, titled "Exam Requirement". According to the results of the applied and oral or oral exams to be held by our Agency, personnel will be recruited for the contracted positions specified in the table below, based on the KPSS(B) group scores for the year 2020.

APPLICATION METHOD AND DURATION

a) Applications will be received electronically between 05.09.2022 and 09.09.2022, until 23.59.59 on e-State, from the address of “Court of Appeals – Career Gate Public Recruitment” or Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr). .

b) Applications made in person or by post will not be accepted.

c) The graduation information of associate degree and undergraduate graduate candidates who will apply for the posting is automatically received from the Higher Education Institution via e-state. Candidates who have graduated from educational institutions in Turkey and abroad and have an equivalence regarding the educational status sought in this announcement should upload the relevant document in pdf or jpeg format to the Equivalence Document field in the "Your Other Documents" section during the e-Government application.

d) Candidates who have graduated from one of the secondary education (high school or equivalent) programs to apply for the post, whose graduation information does not come automatically, should upload their graduation documents in pdf or jpeg format to the "Your High School Graduation Information" field.

e) Candidates who will apply for the protection and security guard position are required to upload their armed private security guard ID cards, which have not expired as of the application deadline, back to back to the "Other Documents" field.

f) Candidates who will apply for the support staff (driver) position, the required driver's license comes automatically from the e-government, and the SRC2 documents must be uploaded to the "Your Other Documents" field.

g) Candidates whose contracts are terminated by their institutions or who unilaterally terminate their contract while working full-time in contracted personnel positions in public institutions and organizations, in order to certify that they have completed the one-year waiting period, must submit an approved service document in pdf or jpeg format, taken from their former institutions, during the application. They must be uploaded to the "Other Information" field.

h) After the application process is completed, the candidates must check whether their application has been completed on the "My Applications" screen. Any application that does not show "Application Complete" on the "My Applications" screen will not be considered.

i) The applicants are responsible for making the application process error-free, complete and in accordance with the issues specified in this announcement, and uploading the requested documents to the system at the application stage. Candidates who do not comply with these issues will not be able to claim any rights.

j) Candidates can apply for only one position.

k) Since the applicants will be provided with the KPSS score, associate degree and undergraduate education, department, military service, criminal record, driver's license and population information of the candidates through the web services of the relevant institutions during the application, the applications will be received from the candidates at this stage. Documents will not be requested. If there is an error in the aforementioned information of the candidates, they are required to make the necessary updates/corrections from the relevant institutions before applying.

 APPLICATION CONDITIONS

a) To have the general conditions specified in Article 657 of the Law No. 48,

b) To have completed the age of 18 as of the date of application,

c) Not to have a mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously,

d) Not receiving retirement or old-age pension from the Social Security Institution,

e) To be positive as a result of the security investigation and archive research,

f) Not working as a 4/B in any public institution and organization,

g) While working in public institutions and organizations on a contract basis pursuant to Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, the contract has not been terminated by any Institution within the last year due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract,

h) Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4; “Those who are employed in this way cannot be employed in the contracted personnel positions of the institutions unless one year has passed from the date of termination, in case their contracts are terminated by their institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract or if they unilaterally terminate the contract, except for the exceptions determined by the President's decision, during the contract period.” to comply with the

i) To graduate from the desired department for the position applied for, as of the application deadline,

j) Not to have completed the age of 09.09.2022 as of 35, the last day of the application. (Those who were born after 09.09.1987 can apply.)

k) To have taken the KPSS(B) exam in 2020 for all positions and to get at least 3 points from the KPSSP93 score type for undergraduate graduates, KPSSP94 score type for associate degree graduates, and KPSSP60 score type for secondary education graduates.
