The Chinese Ministry of Commerce reported that China's automobile exports have entered a period of rapid growth.

Meng Yue, Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade at the Ministry of Commerce of China, said in a statement today that China's automobile exports in 2021 reached 10 million 2 thousand units, increasing 15 times compared to ten years ago.

Meng informed that the number of new energy vehicles exported by China reached 295 thousand in the first seven months of the year, accounting for 46,6 percent of total automobile exports.

However, it was stated that Chinese automakers continue to expand their share in foreign markets rapidly.

Meng pointed out that China will accelerate the implementation of the free trade zone strategy to facilitate automobile trade and increase exports.
