Continuing to strengthen its technology with innovative solutions with the vision of carrying the Turkish logistics industry to the future, Dinçer Logistics has crossed a new threshold in the digitalization process. Contributing to the digitalization of the logistics industry while redefining all business processes with technology, the company will expand the use of RPA technology, which is now widely used all over the world, among its employees. With the RPA training they receive, Dinçer Logistics employees will not only do their routine work more easily and quickly, but also will have gained a significant gain in terms of their careers. Dinçer Logistics, which will issue RPA certificates to 15 people this year and every 6 months in the coming years, aims to measure the working time in the company as 'digital hours' while including its employees in the digitalization process.

Continuing its activities with the mission of adding value to the sector, society, economy and the environment, Dinçer Logistics contributes to the digitalization of the logistics sector while redefining all business processes with technology. The company, which opened the Dinçer Logistics R&D Center 4 years ago, increases its efficiency on the one hand and customer satisfaction on the other with the artificial intelligence and software applications it has developed.

Having activated the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) system implemented by Dinçer Logistics R&D Center in the past months, the company achieved an 80% increase in efficiency in its business processes. Dinçer Logistics, which has reduced the error rate to zero in the works where RPA robots are used, is now preparing to introduce this technology to all its employees. With the RPA training they receive, Dinçer Logistics employees will not only do their routine work more easily and quickly, but also will have gained a significant gain in terms of their careers.

They will make their own digital robots

Dinçer Logistics CTO Murat Şencan stated that they aim to popularize the use of this technology among company employees with RPA trainings and said, “RPA is actually an information technology or R&D project, but its use in our company will not be limited to the R&D or information technologies department. We aim to enable our employees to use this technology and even develop digital robots suitable for their own jobs.” Expressing that there are many processes that can be facilitated with RPA robots in their routine work within the company, Şencan said, “These can be very routine jobs. Our employees who receive RPA training will have the competence to robotize these processes on their own, without even feeling the need to forward them to the Dinçer Logistics R&D Center. With RPA trainings, we will create this awareness and show each of our employees that they can do this.”

Certificate will be given

Emphasizing that RPA technology is now a technology that is used all over the world and is becoming very widespread, Murat Şencan said:

“All our friends who will take this training will be given certificates. In this way, we will also provide a separate career contribution to our employees. Every year, goals will be set for our friends who receive these trainings to contribute to the digital processes of our company, related to robotic processes, apart from their own departments. Thus, separate success criteria will arise and of course this will positively improve their future career development in Dinçer Logistics.”

“We have awards and motivation program”

Explaining that they aim to provide RPA training to a group of 15 employees this year, and to 6 employees every 15 months in the coming years, Murat Şencan explained that the first candidates were selected based on a number of criteria such as being open to communication, believing in digital transformation, and thinking analytically. Emphasizing that they want to increase the desire to participate in this training among company employees, Şencan said, “For example, we have digital awards and motivation programs in addition to the certificate. On the other hand, we will take our friends who will participate in the training to events related to digital transformation, where they can feel digitalism to their bones.”

Digital clock concept

Expressing that RPA processes in digital transformation are perceived as 'robots will replace real people and labor will be saved', Murat Şencan continued as follows:

“We want to completely break this perception. We try to use the definition of 'digital clock' to emphasize that this is not the case. In fact, the keyword for us is digital clock. With RPA trainings, we aim to make our employees competent in the use of RPA and increase the digital clock. We want to see our company's working time as a digital clock.”
