TCDD General Manager Hasan Pezuk Started His Duty with a Ceremony

Hasan Pezük, who was appointed as the General Directorate of State Railways and Chairman of the Board of Directors with the Presidential Decree, started his duty with a ceremony. Hasan Pezük, who took over the task from Metin Akbaş at the ceremony attended by Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Enver İskurt, said that they will work with all their might to carry the railways, one of the deep-rooted institutions of our country, further.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Enver İskurt thanked Metin Akbaş for his services and wished Hasan Pezük success in his new position.

Metin Akbaş, who stated that he handed over his duty, which he carried out by proxy, with peace of mind, thanked his colleagues and said that he would serve the railways from now on.

Underlining that the railways are a 166-year-old plane tree, TCDD General Manager Hasan Pezuk stated that they will work with their colleagues to move forward the railways, which is one of the favorite institutions of Turkey. Thanking President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan for giving them the opportunity to serve in this distinguished institution, TCDD General Manager Hasan Pezük emphasized that their greatest support in their new duties will be the knowledge and experience of the railwaymen. After the speeches, TCDD General Manager Hasan Pezük started his new job.
