In this context, another important production was completed in the 7-storey building with a construction area of 398 thousand 4 square meters in Cumhuriyet Mahallesi. Accordingly, the teams applied a space frame system to the roof, which makes the structures more flexible and useful. The space cage roof, which was assembled in an area of 2 thousand 300 square meters, made the structure even more spectacular.

Many productions were carried out in the building, which will be used by the citizens living in the district as a parking lot 6 days a week and a market place for one day. In this context, the teams that laid asphalt on all floors of the 165-car parking lot reached the final stage in paint production. In addition to solving the parking problem in the district center, the project, which will offer the citizens the opportunity to shop in a healthier environment with its market area, will soon start to serve the people of Dilovan.

'Dilovası Multi-Storey Car Park and Covered Market Place', designed by the Building Control Department as a 1-storey structure with ground floor, 2st basement, 3nd basement and 4rd basement floors, will serve in Cumhuriyet District. According to the planning, a parking lot for 57 cars and a market place on the ground floor, a parking lot for 1 cars and a market place on the 53st basement, a parking lot for 2 cars on the 38nd basement, municipal police and headman's rooms, a prayer room for men and women, an electrical room, a toilet and a toilet on the 3rd floor. There will be a 17-car parking lot.
