The groundbreaking ceremony of the Tan Urla project, implemented by Tanyer Yapı in Urla Bademler, was held with the participation of the company's solution partners and Tan Urla residents.
Stating that they blend the natural village life of the Aegean with modern architecture and present them to the taste of investors, Tanyer Yapı Chairman of the Board Münir Tanyer said that Tan Urla is in demand from both domestic and foreign countries.
Providing information about the latest status of the project, Münir Tanyer said, “We got the license for Tan Urla, which is a modern village project. We held the groundbreaking ceremony with the solution partners of our company and the residents of Tan Urla. This has been a very important start for us. We are at a point where the adventure of 15 years, which started with the preparation of the zoning plans, has come. Getting started is half of finishing. After 36 months of the Tan Urla project, we will deliver the commercial areas with their social facilities. We are happy to add another important living space to both İzmir and Urla.”
AN ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT
Noting that they will implement a contemporary, environmentalist and people-oriented housing project, Münir Tanyer also emphasized that Tan Urla will add value to the region with the opportunities it offers.
Tanyer continued: “Tan Urla will address both the site and the region in general. We will establish a village square for social events, meetings and demonstrations. There will also be shops such as a health center, pharmacy, handicrafts, tailor, cobbler, nursery and pet shop to meet various needs. We also paid special attention to green areas and hobby gardens. We will use solar energy. In Tan Urla, there will also be AC and DC fast charging stations for electric vehicles, whose value is increasingly appreciated. In addition to wellness facilities, there will also be a health center. Beauty and sports center will be at the forefront. We will also host our guests with our chef restaurants that reflect the gastronomic culture and local tastes of Urla. We will also offer hotel and accommodation facilities within the scope of the project. We want to carry out colorful events with concerts and concerts in Turkish classical music and other styles in different fields within the body of the project. We are working for the residents of Tan Urla to lead an extremely comfortable and healthy life.”
ADD VALUE TO THE REGION
Noting that the project attracts the attention of both domestic and foreign investors with its location and equipment, Münir Tanyer gave the following information: “As long as life continues, people's need for housing will continue. For this reason, we act with the concept of living in touch with nature for the comfort of people. We do not compromise on the principles and designs that Architect Nevzat Sayın determined at the beginning of the project. We pay the same attention to the interior design of the buildings. We welcome our guests in our promotion office. Tan Urla is on a gateway to the peninsula and the region is very open to development. We are also very close to Seferihisar, Sığacık Bay, Azmak Bay, Çeşme and Kuşadası axis. The project has a commercial area of 20 thousand square meters. We believe that Tan Urla will add value to the entire region and become a center of attraction.”
