In accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Health, Article 4857 of the Labor Law No. 30 and its related provisions and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied to the Public Institutions and Organizations based on the aforementioned Law, 1.356 permanent workers with disabilities will be recruited to be employed in the central and provincial organizations of the Ministry of Health.

Candidates are required to carefully read the explanations and application conditions stated in this announcement text before completing the application process. Those who do not meet the conditions stated in this announcement should not apply for the announced positions. Candidates will be responsible for their statements. Candidates who make false, misleading or false statements will forfeit all rights arising from the placement.

Candidates who meet all the conditions specified in the announcement can be made through the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) esube.iskur.gov.tr ​​address. 15/08/2022 – 19/08/2022 They will be able to make their applications by logging in electronically (online) between dates.

In the types of services/occupations required by our Ministry, procurement will be made at the provincial level. In applications, the addresses of the persons registered in the Address Based Population Registration System will be taken into account.

Candidates will only apply to one of the announced positions.

In accordance with the relevant disciplinary legislation of public institutions and organizations, those who are dismissed from their job or profession and those who are deprived of public rights should not apply to the announced positions. In accordance with the legislation, those who are in this situation will not be appointed.

Candidates applying to the announced permanent staff with disabilities will be notified to our Ministry by İŞKUR. Permanent workers to be recruited, according to the provisional article 10 of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in the Recruitment of Workers to Public Institutions and Organizations, including the priorities, among the applicants notified by İŞKUR, as well as the number of vacant jobs (number of announced positions) and the original number. The substitute candidate will be determined directly by the notary public by our Ministry without being subjected to an examination.

The date and time of the lottery, the place of the lottery, the results of the lottery, the lists of the main and substitute candidates, the information and documents regarding the appointment and any other announcements will be announced on the website of the Directorate General of Management Services, yhgm.saglik.gov.tr, any written notification to the candidates for this. will not be made and this announcement will replace the notification.

The documents of those who are entitled to be appointed as the main candidates to the positions announced by our Ministry will be checked. Candidates who do not have the required qualifications for appointment and those who have made false, misleading or false statements and placed in their preferences will not be appointed. Even if it is done inadvertently, the assignment procedures will be cancelled. Candidates who do not submit the required documents in due time, although they meet the qualifications and conditions of the positions they are placed in, will not be appointed.

Candidates who did not submit the required documents within the time period/who did not apply, among those who were originally placed as a result of the notary drawing; Those who apply within the deadline but do not meet the application requirements; Those who have been appointed and have not started/waived their duty within the appropriate period (except those who are unable to start their duties due to birth, illness, military service, etc.); Those who are not started to work after it is understood that they do not meet the conditions for appointment; those who were started to work but did not meet the conditions of appointment later; In accordance with Article 15 of the Enterprise Collective Bargaining Agreement, appointments can be made from those whose contracts are terminated within a one-month probationary period and those whose contracts are terminated during the probationary period, starting from the person in the first row of the reserve list, who meet the required conditions.

The provision in the phrase "those who have priority in posting to work" stated in Article 5 of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Recruiting Workers to Public Institutions and Organizations will not constitute a right in favor of the applicant in the said placement.

Currently, those who work as permanent workers in the central and provincial organizations of the Ministry of Health should not apply for the announced positions. Candidates who apply without stating that they are working despite the fact that it is stated in article 2 of this announcement text will not be taken into the lottery even if their names are notified to our Ministry by İŞKUR.

Those who receive retirement, old-age or invalidity pensions from any social security institution should not apply for the announced positions. In accordance with the legislation, those who are in this situation will not be appointed.

Candidates must certify their disability with a medical board report for the disabled, obtained from authorized health institutions in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Candidates will be asked to state their disability and a health board report stating that there is no obstacle to working as a worker.

Candidates appointed to permanent staff positions will be employed with the legal minimum wage.
