TBMS COMPLETED THEIR DUTIES, IN THE LAYING OF THE RAILS
İmamoğlu restarted the construction work of the Ümraniye-Ataşehir-Göztepe metro line, a project that has stopped since 2017, on September 20, 2019. In this way, the works on the line where rail production will be started have been completed at a rate of 50 percent. The works continue on a 40-hour basis at more than 24 points in total, at the station, switch and overnight line with the "cut-close" and "drill tunnel" methods. The line, which is 13 kilometers long and consists of 11 stations, has a population of approximately 2 million. KadıköyIt passes through Ataşehir and Ümraniye districts. The line starts from Göztepe 60. Yıl Park Station and ends at Kazım Karabekir Station. When the metro is completed, fully automatic driverless service will be provided.
