Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs, 657 contracted Support Personnel positions to be employed in accordance with Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law no. 5 Within the framework of the Principles Regarding Personnel Employment, placement will be made based on the 06 Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) (B) group score ranking, as shown below, without a written and/or oral exam by our General Directorate.

General Terms and Conditions
a) To fulfill the conditions specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
b) To have the qualifications required for the position to be preferred,
c) To have taken the KPSS (B) group exam in 2020,
ç) Not to have completed the age of thirty-five as of the first day of January of the year in which the last application was made, (Those born on 01.01.1987 and later can apply.)
d) Not to have been dismissed from duty or profession while working in any public institution,
e) Not working as a 4/B contracted personnel in any public institution and organization,
f) While working in public institutions and organizations on a contract basis pursuant to Article 657/B of the Law on Civil Servants No. 4, the contract has not been terminated by the institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract within the last year, or the contract has not been terminated unilaterally within the contract period.
g) Not having any military service for male candidates who have reached the age of military service,
h) Not to have a disease that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously,
APPLICATION METHOD, DURATION AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
a) Candidates can submit their applications between 05/09/2022-14/09/2022 until 23:59:59 on the e-Government "General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs - Career Gate Public Recruitment" or "Career Gate". (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) will be held via the internet address.
b) Candidates can only apply to one of the groups specified in the table.
c) The applications of the candidates whose qualifications are not made within the deadline and the applications made by fax, in person or by mail will not be processed.
ç) Since the data on the candidates' KPSS score, education, military service, criminal record and population information will be obtained through the web services of the relevant institutions via e-Government during the application, no documents will be requested from the candidates at this stage. If there is an error in the mentioned information of the candidates, they must make the necessary updates/corrections from the relevant institutions before applying. (Candidates whose high school graduation information cannot be obtained will upload their diplomas to the system themselves.)
d) Candidates who have the specified certificate or document among the candidates who will apply for the 1st group must upload these documents to the system (PDF or JPEG) during the application.
e) Candidates whose contracts are terminated by their institutions or whose contracts are terminated unilaterally by their institutions while working full-time in contracted personnel (4/B) positions in public institutions and organizations, in order to certify that they have completed the one-year waiting period, must submit an approved service document obtained from their former institutions in pdfvejpeg format. must be uploaded at the time of application
