Karsan, one of the first brands that comes to mind when electric buses are mentioned in Europe, is taking the first steps of its electric breakthrough on Turkish roads as well. While Antalya is among the firsts in this regard, the first electric buses of the city started service with the delivery of 2 Karsan e-ATAK. The electric buses that will be used for public transportation in Antalya's heavy traffic in the city will be the first electric bus of the city, as well as the first electric bus sold by Karsan in Turkey.

Karsan e-ATAK's dimensions of 8,3 meters, a passenger capacity of 52 and a range of 300 km have made e-ATAK a leader in its class. e-ATAK can be charged in 5 hours with AC charging units and in 3 hours with DC units.
