Young People Showed Their Talents in Hyperloop Development Competition

The Hyperloop Development Competition, organized within the scope of TEKNOFEST technology competitions, has started in order to contribute to the effective use and development of new generation transportation technologies in our country and to contribute to the creation of trained human resources and technology in this field. Supported by TCDD, the competition was showcased at TUBITAK's Gebze campus.

The Hyperloop Vehicle Competition, which will be opened to university students for the first time in 2022 as part of TEKNOFEST, will raise awareness in the field of magnetic levitation (maglev) technologies among undergraduate and graduate students. The competition, which is planned to provide students with knowledge on new generation transportation technologies, was organized to encourage teamwork and to lead the formation of competent human resources in this field by developing hyperloop technologies with practical applications.

The Hyperloop Vehicle Competition, led by TÜBİTAK RUTE, is designed as a technology-oriented competition that will allow the development of different types of magnetic levitation and propulsion technologies, and it is aimed to enter the 5th generation innovative transportation technology studies at the level of university students through this competition. With the effective work of new generation transportation technologies in our country, the competition, which is planned to contribute to the formation of trained human resources and technology in this field, will also contribute to the development activities of university students.
