Our Ministry of Treasury and Finance has put this issue on its agenda in recent months and has started the work to bring income tax exemption to workers working abroad.” Noting that they also have problems due to the exploitation of employee-employer disputes by some law firms, Eren noted that the Supreme Court has signed precedent decisions to "take into account the legislation of the country in which these types of cases are filed", and said, "There is a need to turn this into a case law."
