The Supreme Election Council's central and provincial organization, with the Law on the Organization and Duties of the Supreme Election Council dated 30.11.2017 and numbered 7062, was published in the Official Gazette dated 18.02.2018 and numbered 30336. 1. Applications will start at 31.08.2022:10 on 00 and end at 09.09.2022:23:59 on 59.

2. Applications will be made electronically via e-Government through the “High Election Board-Career Gate Public Recruitment” service or on the Career Gate website (

3. Applications made in person will not be accepted, and applications made by mail or other means will not be accepted.

4. Candidates will be able to submit only one application for each position and title.

  • Candidates who will apply for the title of Minute Clerk; He/she will be able to apply for only one place specified in the attached list and will participate in the ranking to be made on the basis of the place he/she prefers. If an application is made for more than one place, both applications will be deemed invalid.
  • Candidates who will apply for the title of servant; They will apply with the "Central Organization" option specified in the attached list. 5. Information about the candidates' KPSS score, graduation, criminal record, military service and identity will be obtained through the web services of the relevant institutions via e-Government. Candidates whose graduation information does not come automatically or who think that the information received is incorrect / incomplete will manually upload their updated information (such as a certified diploma sample or graduation certificate) to the system in pdf format during the application.

6. Candidates who have graduated from educational institutions abroad or in Turkey and have equivalence regarding the educational status sought in this announcement should upload their equivalence documents to the "Equivalence Certificate" field under the "Your Other Documents" stage during their application.

7. The applicants are responsible for making the application process error-free, complete and in accordance with the issues specified in this announcement, and uploading the requested documents to the system at the application stage. Candidates who do not comply with these issues will not be able to claim any rights.

8. After the application process is completed, the candidates should check whether their application has been completed on the "My Applications" screen. Any application that does not show "Application Received" on the My Applications screen will not be evaluated.


1. As stated in the amended article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48;

2. Candidates must meet the requirements as of the last day of application.

3. Documents regarding the information declared during the application and other documents will be delivered to the relevant unit by the candidates who are entitled to be appointed.

4. In the Public Personnel Selection Exam for the Year 2020;
