Within the scope of the mega square project, which will appeal to people of all ages, the construction of which IMM has completed on an area of ​​​​11 thousand 600 square meters; Parking lot for 420 vehicles, sitting areas, green areas, skateboard track, fairy tale house, ornamental pool and children's playgrounds were also built.

One of the investments that changed the face of Küçükçekmece was Küçükçekmece Cennet Square Underground Parking Lot, which was started to be operated by İBB subsidiary İSPARK. The modern parking lot, which provides a solution to the lack of car parking space in the district, is located at the point where business and shopping centers are located. The tradesmen and residents of the region, who started to park their vehicles quickly and easily, expressed their satisfaction with the project. Thanks to the three-storey car park with a capacity of 420 vehicles, irregular and inappropriate parking of vehicles on streets and side streets is prevented.

IMM, which has transformed the parking lots into a living center, has opened a library in İSPARK Küçükçekmece Cennet Mahallesi Square Parking Lot in order to give the people of Istanbul the habit of reading and raise awareness.

The Atilla İlhan Library, which was designed in a modern way, became the educational and cultural center of the square.
