“We have increased our highway investments to 1 billion 595 million liras”

Underlining that Osmaniye also gets the share it deserves from transportation and communication services in line with the targets, Minister Karaismailoğlu said that 371 kilometers of the 150 kilometers of highway in the province has become a divided road. in Osmaniye; Expressing that they have put into service 104 bridges with a total length of 347 meters with the construction and improvement of a 6-kilometer single road, our Minister said, “The total cost of our 6 highway projects, which continue throughout the province, exceeds 1 billion 128 million liras. We have completed the Osmaniye-Nurdagi Road, the Garden Crossing Road, and the Osmaniye Ring Road as a bituminous hot paved divided road," he continued.

“We planned to put the entire Kadirli-Osmaniye Road into service in 2023”

Karaismailoğlu stated that 2,5 kilometers of the Kadirli-Osmaniye Road was built as a divided road and 38,5 kilometers as a single road, and continued his speech as follows: we built. The total length of the Kadirli-Osmaniye Road, on which we examined the construction site, is 2,5 kilometers. your way; We have completed and put into service the 52 kilometer section of the 10,6 kilometer section that forms the Kadirli-City Crossing and Kadirli-Sumbas Provincial Road. The 8,2-kilometer section of our project includes the Kadirli-Osmaniye Provincial Road. With the increasing population and traffic density, as well as the increase in agriculture and trade, this 41-kilometer section; We planned it as a divided road and started working. Divided road activities continue on a 41-kilometer section of the Kadirli Organized Industrial Zone road this year. We planned to put our entire project into service in 5,5.”

Explaining that the roads provide production, employment, trade, tourism, education and cultural contributions to the places they pass, Minister Karaismailoğlu added that all transportation modes are integrated and compatible with each other, and that they are planning for environmental sensitivity, less carbon emissions, fast, safe and economical transportation.
