With the support of the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD), the Hyperloop Development Competition, which was held for the first time this year as part of the TEKNOFEST Aviation, Space and Technology Festival, continues at full speed. 55 teams formed by students from 57 universities applied to the Hyperloop Development Competition held at the TÜBİTAK Gebze Campus. The final stage of the competition, in which approximately 16 competitors from 250 teams took part, was completed. The best scenario, the best capsule, team spirit, board special, capsule visual design, technology demonstration, technical design report, and the teams that performed the first test in the tunnel were awarded by the Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank at the ceremony attended by TCDD General Manager Hasan Pezük.

The top 3 teams in the competition will receive their awards at TEKNOFEST to be held in Samsun on 30 August-4 September.
