Pekak, who completed or even exceeded the campaign target, stated that he was happy to meet with the children of TEGV during his enjoyable journey and said:

“I am happy to have realized my dream of following a childish dream of crossing the map of Turkey, that is, actually crossing or near our borders, with my motorcycle. Children were my source of motivation to lift me up when I fell on this difficult journey. In this sense, I have made this journey even more meaningful by collaborating with TEGV. Fortunately I did it that way. In the cities I visited, I stopped by many TEGV Learning Units, Education Parks and Fireflies and witnessed the quality education these little hearts received. TEGV offers our children the opportunity of quality education completely free of charge. The feeling I had during my visits was this: I wish TEGV had existed in my time. I have faced many difficulties during my travel, I have received support messages from many people I know and do not know. I would like to thank everyone who believed in me and gave me strength.”
