IMM's subsidiary İSPARK, which left behind the days when there was no single female employee, was awarded the project supporting equal opportunity. The “Women Are Now at ISPARK” project won the first place in the category of Public Institutions at the 'Golden Compass Public Relations Awards', where the best works of Turkey compete.

ISPARK, a subsidiary of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), took its place in the "Golden Compass Turkey Public Relations Awards" organized for the 50th time this year by the Turkish Public Relations Association, which celebrates its 20th anniversary in the communications industry. In the 'Golden Compass' awards, which is among the prestigious award programs of the communication sector in our country, to which successful projects and brands apply, the 'Women are now at İSPARK' project was awarded the golden compass award in the category of Public Institutions. The principle of equal opportunity, which started the change in İSPARK, whose employees were all men until 2019, was also appreciated by the Turkish Public Relations Association.

The number of female employees is increasing day by day

İSPARK started its work in July 2019 in order to provide women's employment. It was published at Kariyer.ibb.istanbul by creating an ad where only women can apply. Fifty women who successfully completed the evaluations and related interview processes from over a thousand applicants were recruited. He started to work in İSPARK's parking lots and various departments.

ISPARK's female employees, who have been working in the car parks, which have been composed of all male employees for years, since September 2019, serve thousands of drivers every day with their smiling faces. ISPARK has a total of 126 female employees, including managers.
