Located on the old Malatya-Hasırcılar road, the Level underpass, which creates a big problem in the traffic flow in the district due to its narrowness on the route to Turgut Özal University and the Ferry Pier, is the message of Battalgazi Mayor Osman Güder, who implemented visionary projects to create a more modern and livable Battalgazi. resolved with great efforts. The 8-meter-wide and 9-meter-high Tube Passage, consisting of Steel Plate Corrugated Pipe, designed by Battalgazi Municipality engineers and started by the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) with the approval of the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu, has been completed. The Tube Passage, whose construction was completed, was opened to vehicle traffic after the hot asphalt works carried out by Malatya Metropolitan Municipality. The Tube Passage, which is made in the form of double round-trip, dazzles with its elegance as well as relieving the traffic flow in the district. The drivers of the vehicles, who made their journey safely, conveyed their special thanks to the Mayor of Battalgazi, Osman Güder, who helped bring the project to life with his initiatives.

Stating that the traffic flow in Battalgazi is ensured in a healthier way, Mayor of Battalgazi Osman Güder said: “We had underpasses made of stone in our Battalgazi because the railway passed a long time ago. Due to the narrowness of these underpasses, our vehicles could hardly pass here and traffic accidents occurred. After taking office, we started our work on these places without wasting time. As a result of our works, the Tube Passage works, which were started by the Republic of Turkey State Railways, were completed within a certain time period. With the completion of the asphalt work of our Malatya Metropolitan Municipality, our Tube Passages are opened to vehicle traffic and the traffic flow is provided in a healthier way.
