In TransAnatolia, which will start from Hatay in its 12th year, a route has started to be created. Organized with the permission of the Turkish Automobile Sports Federation (TOSFED) and the support of the Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA), the race will start from the Hatay Expo area on August 20 and end in Eskişehir on August 27.

The TransAnatolia Rally Raid race, which will be held for the 12th time this year, starts in Hatay, the world's second largest city in history. The road notes for the race, which will start from the fertile lands of Hatay, where the first agriculture was done, the first wheat was domesticated, the first olive met with the table, the history, culture and civilization were started to be prepared.

Jordi Arcarons, who participated in the introductory meeting held in Hatay on June 23 and then set out to take the road notes; He stated that Turkey has all kinds of materials and geography for the rally raid races to be held, and that the diversity of geography in Turkey gives the competitors a new experience every day. Jordi Arcarons, who has many years of experience in road notes, stated that his task is quite difficult and that all the competitors trust him.

The details of this year's route are as follows; The ceremonial start of the race will be given at Hatay Expo on Saturday, August 20. A spectator stage will be held with the track to be passed through the city. The real race will start very early in the morning of August 21. The first destination is Karatepe Aslantaş National Park, which is an extremely important historical point with a track of approximately 350 km. On this route, you will pass the peaks of Avanos Mountains. After that, until you reach Osmaniye and leave the borders of Hatay, a course of approximately 350 km will be covered. The next day, you will reach Kayseri by crossing the 300-meter peaks with a 2.300-kilometer track. In the continuation of the race, it will start from Kayseri and reach Sivas Şarkışla and return to Kayseri via Yozgat. You will stay overnight in the city center of Kayseri. After leaving here, the target is Aladaglar. After passing the peaks of approximately 3.000 meters and staying in the area where the thermal facilities are located in Çiftehan, we will pass through the Bolkar Mountains. The stage consists of approximately 2.800 km at an average altitude of 300 meters. On the next day's route, there is Salt Lake. Competitors, who will cover 80 percent of the stage in roadless environments, will reach the camping area in Haymana. The last day of the race will pass between Haymana and Eskişehir in forests in a different geography and will end in Eskişehir. A total of 2.500 km of route will be completed within 7 days.” said.
