Istanbulkart prices, which are used in transportation vehicles such as buses, metro, tram, ferry and metrobus in the city, have been increased.
According to the increased tariff put into practice by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), the cost of the "Anonymous Istanbulkart" has increased from 25 lira to 50 lira. .
"Discounted Card" used by students, teachers and people over the age of 60 in public transportation, "Free Card" and "Blue Card" fees used by citizens over 65 and police officers, mothers, disabled people, security services employees, members of the press, national athletes and health workers increased from 35 lira to 60 lira.
Inspection Card from 50 liras to 75 liras, Island Resident Card from 35 liras to 60 liras, personalized Istanbulkart from 40 liras to 60 liras, Personnel and Trainee Attendance Control System Card from 35 liras to 60 liras, and Vehicle Driving Certificate Card from 50 liras to 75 liras.
