The Metropolitan Municipality, which continues its efforts to combat flies with 17 spraying personnel, 231 vehicles and equipment in 343 districts of Bursa, has also stepped in to combat meadow caterpillars. While sunflower production was carried out on an area of 170 thousand decares in Bursa, it was determined that the meadow caterpillar population was seen on an area of 6 thousand decares. The spraying works carried out with the support of the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and the district municipalities, were also carried out by the Metropolitan Municipality of Tarım A.Ş. It participates with its own spraying tools.
