Optimistic boat training courses organized by Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality attract great attention this year as well. The 1st Term trainings of the summer school, which took place in the artificial pond in the Sazova Science Culture and Art Park, have been completed.
8 children aged 12-41 participated in the optimist boat trainings within the scope of the summer school organized by the Metropolitan Municipality Youth and Sports Services Department, which brings children together with water sports at a young age.
The children received basic sailing training with their optimist sails in the trainings that lasted for 3 weeks and in 5 groups, Tuesday-Thursday, Wednesday-Friday and Saturday-Sunday.
The children, who received basic sailing training, were able to completely set up their optimist boats and use them in the water without any problems.
Registration for the 2nd Term optimist boat training continues. Children who want to participate in the trainings and know how to swim can register in the administrative building in Sazova Science, Art and Culture Park.
The trainings will be held for a total of 18 hours in various groups, including weekdays and weekends, and will last until the end of August.
