Rail Systems Departments Graduation Requirement Should Be Added in TCDD Personnel Recruitment

In the 2022/1 OSYM Central Assignment Guide, rail system sections are not included in the Train Organization Officer, Movement Officer and Surveillance cadres opened by the General Directorate of TCDD Enterprise. Although the graduates of the rail systems departments could not apply to any institution and organization other than TCDD, the rail systems department graduates were not even given the right to choose. Almost all of the vocational courses of the Rail System Departments were given by active and retired TCDD personnel, and their internships were also done by this institution. In addition to the Rail System Departments, 8 more departments were included in the purchases of associate degree civil servants, and this situation caused us to suffer. It is obvious that this situation is contrary to the Principle of Merit in Article 70 of the Constitution and Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 3, Clause C. Despite all these situations, it is obvious that we, who are graduates of the Department of Rail Systems, which produces approximately 2000 graduates a year, are clearly aggrieved. Otherwise, it is obvious that the Rail System Graduates and their families, who have already recruited a very small number of personnel and who do not have the right to a diploma, will be left in a more difficult situation. We want us and our families not to be victimized any more, to eliminate our grievances, to observe our right to diploma and to change the Qualification Codes of TCDD Staff in the 2022/1 KPSS Preference Guide.
