Cooperation Protocol Signed Between USİAD and Najaf Chamber of Commerce

A cooperation protocol was signed between the International Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (USİAD) and the Najaf Chamber of Commerce. USİAD, which visited the city of Najaf in Iraq, signed an important commercial agreement there. USİAD Chairman Nevaf Kılıç and his management signed a cooperation protocol, meeting with the Necef Chamber of Commerce in a program attended by the Chairman of the Najaf Contractors' Union and the Chairman of the Najaf Chamber of Industry.

Turkish companies will benefit from the agreement, which will increase cooperation between the two countries and serve Iraq and the region.

NEW DOORS TO BE OPENED TO TURKISH COMPANIES

Making a statement about the study, Nevaf Kılıç, Chairman of USİAD, said, “We continue to work that will increase Turkey's influence in the Middle East and bring new qualities and influences to our country in the commercial sense. In this context, we believe that with our signature in Najaf, we have opened new doors to our Turkish companies. Najaf is a religious city with more than 100 million tourists visiting annually.
"Najaf is a province with large agricultural lands, we can cooperate in the field of agriculture and in every sector that needs it," he said.

WE WILL INCREASE THE TRADE VOLUME BETWEEN TWO COUNTRIES

“We attach great importance to the enrichment of commercial life with its neighbor Iraq, Turkey's most important trade partner, and to increase the trade volume between the two countries. As USİAD, we will continue to take our steps in the interests of both countries.
We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the preparation of the cooperation, and express our gratitude to our friends for the kind welcome and hospitality shown in Najaf. We are sure that this process will be beneficial for Iraq and Turkey.”
