Izmir Metropolitan Municipality planned the project area in Aktepe-Emrez as a green area around the stream. These areas will be arranged in accordance with various activities such as walking and cycling tracks and outdoor sports fields. With the project, areas such as cultural facilities, health facilities, and municipal service areas were increased and their accessibility was ensured. A pedestrian axis has been determined that can be easily used by pedestrians and commercial activity will be intense. This pedestrian axis, which connects the square, park and equipment areas, is connected with the area where the existing tree clusters are located in Aktepe District.

Altan Aydın Street was planned as the main commercial axis, where commercial activities are carried out intensively and where commercial units under residential buildings will be located. With the principle of on-site transformation, not only the owners of the houses, but also the shopkeepers and business owners in the area will be able to continue their commercial activities in the same place after the transformation. The residences, which include various types of uses, will be built according to open spaces, road widths and usage facades.
