In the research carried out by Great Place to Work to determine the companies that make their employees the most happy in the Aegean Region, ESBAŞ was selected as the best company in the Aegean by getting the highest score in the 250-499 Number of Employees Category. Members of ESBAŞ, in their answers to the questions of Great Place to Work within the scope of the research, stated that they felt that they were valued in many practices in their workplaces, and most emphasized that the 'Unsolved Goodwill' practice in their company made them feel special. In March, ESBAŞ received the third place in the GPTW's Best Companies of Turkey 2022 list.

In order to select the best employers of 2022 in the Aegean Region, Great Place to Work (GPTW) asked the employees to evaluate their workplaces on reliability, respect, fairness, pride and team spirit and announced the results of the evaluation at the ceremony held at Kaya Thermal Hotel.

ESBAŞ, which received the highest score by its employees as a result of the research, received the highest score in the 250-499 Number of Employees Category and was selected as the "Best Company of the Aegean Region" in 2022. ESBAŞ members, who attended the ceremony with a large team, sang the anthem they composed themselves on the stage.

Speaking at the award ceremony, GPTW Operations Manager Tarık Başay stated that at ESBAŞ, which has applications that make its employees happy in many ways, the anonymous cooperation, defined as 'Unsolved Goodness', is extremely remarkable. Başay explained that ESBAS members gave feedback that Unsolved Goodness made them feel very special. Anonymous gifts, feel-good notes or objects that make the person feel special are left on each other's desks among ESBAŞ employees, and this practice is defined as 'Unsolved Goodness'. For example, an ESBAŞ member who has the flu can find a hot herbal tea on his desk that he doesn't know who left it.

ESBAŞ General Manager Yusuf Kılınç, who received the first prize at the ceremony, stated that ESBAŞ, which was founded by the late Kaya Tuncer with big dreams in the early 1990s, has turned into a center of excellence that makes its employees happy and offers added value to its country, and said, “We received this award together with our 450 employees. we got it. The increase in the number of companies that value their employees, people and nature gives us pride and hope. Let these ceremonies continue. Reminding that their company is also third in the “Turkey's Best Employers 2022” list announced by GPTW in March, Kılınç emphasized that they achieved a great success by being included in Turkey's Top Employers List in the last 3 years, which were the most difficult years of the economy.
